We are looking for a high-impact Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager, Communication to bridge the gap between our internal departments and our external presence. You will be the central hub for information, ensuring that every Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is aligned, our brand voice is consistent, and our message reaches the right audience. If you are a natural "connector" who thrives on planning and execution, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between departments (Marketing, Operations, HR, Tech) to ensure projects move smoothly and internal information flows without bottlenecks.
SBU Synergy: Build and maintain a "smoother communication network" between various Strategic Business Units to align goals and share resources effectively.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing communication roadmaps. You won't just suggest ideas; you will own the execution from start to finish.
Brand & Profile Management: Oversee the company’s corporate profile and executive branding. Ensure all "About Us" materials and credentials are up-to-date and professional.
Social Media Management: Lead the voice of the company across social platforms. Curate, schedule, and engage with content that reflects our corporate values and achievements.
Integrated Communications: Draft internal newsletters, press releases, and corporate announcements that maintain a trendy yet professional tone.
