Work Experience:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in category management, commercial operations, brand/vendor management, merchandising, preferably in lifestyle, home & living, health & wellness sectors.

Additional Requirement:                 

  • Hands-on experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong track record of managing mega promotional campaigns, driving sales performance, and leading cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with marketing, logistics, and tech teams).
  • Experience working with digital tools/platforms such as ERP, PIM systems, analytics dashboards, and online marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, pricing strategies, and product positioning in the electronics sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage lifestyle product categories, ensuring diverse and appealing selections.

  • Develop vendor relationships and negotiate supply terms.

  • Analyze consumer preferences and trends in lifestyle products.

  • Work with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor sales performance and optimize inventory.

  • Ensure high product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Grow the assortment: get brands & key accounts to commit the right stock levels to Cartup, including the latest launches.

  • Price competitiveness: get brands & key accounts to provide the best prices to us to drive their sales on Cartup.

  • Onsite excellence: have a constant awareness of brands and key accounts presentation on Cartup (Store, product pages, pictures, campaigns, CRM).

  • Operational performance: Manage the performance of brands and key accounts on the operations side (how quickly do they fulfill their orders, how good is their quality, how fast do they answer on chats, etc.

  • E2E performance management: Build a daily routine of looking into brands and key accounts` portfolio performance and identify gaps.

  • Portfolio management of top lifestyle brands - increase brand presence and corresponding portfolio across the platform.

  • Strengthen partnerships with brands and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analyses for monthly/quarterly/yearly projections.

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly planning for the vertical.

  • Drive customer-engagement-led campaigns to induce CXP growth and improve NPS ratings.

  • Maintain category health and core commercial KPIs, taking ownership of category P&L, inclusive of operations, market reach, seller/partners` health, etc.
