Work Experience:
2–5 years of proven experience in fashion category management, commercial operations, or merchandising, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry.
Academic Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain coordination.
Strong track record of managing mega promotional campaigns, driving sales performance, and leading cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with marketing, logistics, and tech teams).
Experience working with digital tools/platforms such as ERP, PIM systems, analytics dashboards, and online marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of customer behavior, pricing strategies, and product positioning in the electronics sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context: - Oversee fashion product lines, ensuring an appealing and competitive selection.
- Develop supplier partnerships and negotiate pricing.
- Monitor fashion trends and align product offerings accordingly.
- Work with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and optimize category strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and brand image.
- Develop the Assortment and brand Supply chain by onboarding brands and key accounts with the latest & trendy assortment base.
- Ensuring Competitive Pricing through ensuring the best prices with brands and key accounts to maximize sales.
- Develop and execute demand planning at the SKU and seller level, ensuring a 360-degree approach to category management.
- Drive business growth strategies to enhance category performance.
- Expand the presence and assortment of top fashion brands on the platform.
- Strengthen relationships with fashion brands and key stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis for strategic planning across monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines.
- Maintain assortment quality, seller compliance, and price competitiveness across the category.
- Deep-cat-wise assortment gap and business opportunity identification, seller and brand onboarding, including pitching, governance, and meeting facilitation.
- Manage P&L, ensuring market reach, seller performance, and core commercial KPIs are met.
- Lead weekly category performance meetings with the Category Head to review progress and set strategic goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for growth and optimization planning in Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly for the Fashion vertical.
- Manage key account governance to optimize partnerships and operational efficiency by maintaining KPIs.
