2–5 years of proven experience in category management,or business development — preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
Academic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required (Marketing preferred).
Additional Requirement:
Hands-on experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain coordination.
Strong track record of managing mega promotional campaigns, driving sales performance, and leading cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with marketing, logistics, and tech teams).
Experience working with digital tools/platforms such as ERP, PIM systems, analytics dashboards, and online marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of customer behavior, pricing strategies, and product positioning in the electronics sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Category Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement the growth strategy for the electronics category, including consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Define and optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Supplier & Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, brands, and distributors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms to ensure the best deals and availability of high-demand products.
Work with vendors to ensure timely inventory replenishment and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
Top brand management.
Sales & Performance Optimization:
Set and track sales KPIs, revenue targets, and profit margins for the electronics category.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, SEO strategies, and paid advertising for electronics products.
Optimize product listings, content, and Product placement.
