Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Venture Capital Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Sales of exclusive and high-value commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast, and margin targets.
∎ Regular D2D visit, Catchment visit & arranging presentation to the customer to collect lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Conduct market analysis to develop effective strategies for sales, pricing, product development, and acquiring new products.
∎ Regular interaction with existing customer to ensure close relationship.
∎ Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan of Concrete block for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Contributing to make long- and short-term business plan of building products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years

∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
