Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients interested in interior design and renovation services.
∎ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging potential residential and commercial project clients.
∎ Develop strategic relationships with real estate developers, construction site engineers, and civil engineers to secure project referrals.
∎ Conduct client meetings, present project proposals, and close sales deals.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Design Xpert's services across digital and offline channels.
∎ Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions targeting affluent clientele and industry stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with design and operations teams to create compelling sales presentations and marketing materials
∎ Identify and establish mutual collaborations with real estate companies, developers, and industry professionals for project leads.
∎ Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to ensure a steady flow of referrals.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
