Responsibilities & Context:
Analysis local real estate trends, competitive landscapes, pricing, dynamics and demographic data.
Project/Product feasibility analysis and Prepare Project/Products feasibility.
Information collects competitors survey, make calculation about Prepare Project/Product (Land/Apartment).
Execute Business Feasibility and expansion of Real Estate Operation in different areas and new markets over the potential areas.
Checking & verifying documents.
Performing price surveys, analyzing and preparing comparison statements based on raw data from market surveys.
Cost estimation report of apartment of land prices in reference to surrounding environment.
In reference to the collected information mentioned above creating data analysis reports that directly impact the decision making of the top management.
Regularly evaluating flats prices according to current market condition, after conducting competitor and customer insights analysis.
Making a standard price for the segmentation of product wise, area based, USP based.
