Job Context:
∎ Porcelanosa Bangladesh is looking for an ambitious, proactive, and supportive person to join our Marketing team. You will be part of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company brands, products, and services across all platforms i.e., social media, websites, google eco-system, billboards, print media etc.
∎ Your creativity, marketing knowledge and enthusiasm shall be fully focused towards boosting Porcelanosa`s successful brand even further. As the go-to member of all social media activities, you will work alongside a professional agency to drive customer engagement, initiate, and execute marketing campaigns and achieve key target metrics.
∎ Your role will play a key part in ensuring that everyone sees the true value of Porcelanosa.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and execute all web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive customer engagement and boost Porcelanosa's presence.
∎ Create simple designs for social media and magazine artworks.
∎ Regularly prepare and post content with accompanying artwork on all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, YouTube, etc.
∎ Respond promptly to all inquiries through social media.
∎ Follow all social media channels of Porcelanosa Grupo to stay updated on the latest news and products.
∎ Maintain and organize the database related to all marketing matters.
∎ Prepare monthly reports and budgets for different marketing segments.
∎ Coordinate with different suppliers for all types of marketing purposes and determine the most feasible supplier for the company.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and continuously update our websites with new features, content, and layouts.
∎ Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against goals (ROI and KPIs), and suggest operational changes.
∎ Assist the Supervisor with other marketing-related matters (online & offline).
∎ Handle ad-hoc assignments from Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing at advertising/digital marketing agency
∎ Strong understanding of all digital platforms - Web Development, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Paid Ads
∎ Comfortable analyzing and applying web data including traffic and conversion metrics
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
∎ A good eye for aesthetically appealing content and attention to details
∎ Innovative spirit and passion for driving results with innovative social media campaigns
∎ Strong personal organization, cooperation, and project management abilities
∎ Highly proficient in English
∎ Website builders, WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, Mass Mailing/Mailchimp, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an added advantage
