Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
∎ To assist employees with HR-related issues and provide guidance on problem resolution
∎ To generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights on HR metrics and trends
∎ To support HR functions related to benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
∎ To develop and execute communication strategies that enhance internal communication and ensure employees are informed about company updates, policies, and events
∎ To assist in crafting clear, concise, and engaging internal communications materials
∎ To collaborate with HR and other departments to design and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience
∎ To gather feedback from employees and use data-driven insights to make continuous improvements to HR programs and policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Proven track record of internal and external communication
∎ Active listening, understanding perspective, & designing insights.
∎ Able to design data driven insights from employee discussion
∎ Able to identify issues and come up with creative and engaging solutions
