- Excellent in Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Should be cooperative and self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context: - Proactively engage with clients.
- Review and verify clients’ documents to ensure compliance with embassy and consulate requirements.
- Guide clients through the complete visit visa application process, including form filling and submission.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, policies, and processing timelines for various countries.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to track and follow up on applications.
- Provide professional advice to clients regarding required documentation, fees, and interview preparation.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication of application status.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, i.e. Incoming messages and phone inquiries.
- Supervise and support junior staff in handling complex or urgent visa cases.
- Anchor videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) are to be created periodically for the company's YouTube channel, Facebook page, and other social media platforms.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Company management from time to time.
