Key Qualifications

• Mastery of Figma with extensive experience in leveraging its full capabilities for complex design projects, including team collaboration and design system management.

• In-depth understanding of and ability to apply advanced UX principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes and conducting usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback.

• Ability to think strategically about the entire user experience and advocate for design decisions that balance user needs and business goals.

• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and engaging design solutions across various platforms.

• Extensive experience in designing UI/UX for diverse platforms including websites, dashboards, mobile applications, and custom web applications.

• Proven experience in leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

• Outstanding communication skills to articulate design rationale and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Strong technical skills with an understanding of front-end development, responsive design, accessibility standards and design systems.

• Ability to align design strategies with business objectives and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design research, ideation, and creation of digital interfaces, including layout, colors and typography, across multiple platforms and devices

• Facilitate discussions and design thinking/feedback sessions with product teams and project stakeholders

• Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects by managing design deliverables and timelines

• Mentor designers by providing clear design guidance and actionable suggestions

• Inspire all members of the creative team by fostering a culture of constant learning and professional growth

• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, process flows, and sitemaps in Figma / Sketch to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts

• Create and maintain UI component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across products and scalability for future projects

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, user-friendliness)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers to define project goals and requirements

• Analyze research and feedback to gain user insight and incorporate them into new designs.
