Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Technical Qualification on Textile Technology will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive final inspection as per SOP.
∎ Segregate major and minor defects after final inspection.
∎ Monitoring the garments inspection and give technical instruction to team for complete the audit property.
∎ Meeting with quality & production responsible person to improve the quality level.
∎ Make awareness session with team members.
∎ Monitoring the inline and pre-final inspection from sewing to finished products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have thorough knowledge and understanding about the Quality system of the garments.
∎ Should have excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Sound knowledge in the MS office Management.
