Must have practical working knowledge of visa-related work, i.e., business visa, hotel booking, and air ticketing.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
· Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.
· Support senior leadership with planning, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, events, and travel.
· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and itineraries.
· Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, invoices, and reimbursements.
· Assist travelers with itinerary changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
· Negotiate rates and manage relationships with travel vendors.
· Track travel expenses and prepare reports for finance and management review.
· Maintain different travel protocols for foreign buyers and management employees travel schedule.
· Any Other task assigned by the department and management
