Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Tender (Maritime Sector) to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities, including bid preparation, documentation, coordination with internal departments and clients, and ensuring timely submission of competitive and compliant bids for dredging and marine-related projects.

Experience Required: 4–7 years in tendering (preferably in the dredging/marine/offshore industry)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Analyze tender documents (RFQs, RFPs, ITBs) and evaluate eligibility criteria, scope, terms, and conditions.
2.Coordinate internally to gather technical, commercial, legal, and financial inputs required for bid submissions.
3.Prepare and compile tender documentation including pre-qualification, technical proposals, and commercial bids.
4.Liaise with clients, consultants, and government bodies for clarification and post-bid follow-ups.
5.Ensure all tenders are submitted within deadlines and in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
6.Maintain a database of tender documents, competitor analysis, and historical pricing data.
7.Collaborate with operations, legal, finance, and project teams to assess project viability and risk.
8.Assist in contract negotiation and handover of awarded projects to the execution team.
9.Stay updated with market trends, tender portals, and upcoming projects in the dredging and marine sectors.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in tendering, preferably in dredging, marine construction, or offshore sectors.
3.Strong knowledge of dredger ship operations and technical terminology.
4.Proficiency in tendering software, MS Office, and document management tools.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
6.Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
