  • Should be able to multitask with speed and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent in Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)Female candidates meeting the mentioned requirements are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Proactively engage with clients.
  • Face to face and Tele counseling
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries i.e incoming messages and phone inquiries.
  • Document and summarize clients’ feedback, inquiries, and resolutions
  • Communicate via email, chat (SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.), and other customer channels
  • Anchor in the video content (Reels, Shorts, videos) as to be made from time to time for the company’s YouTube channel, Facebook page, etc.
  • Set up a positive mind for any other tasks the management assigns.
