Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing the marketing and sales strategy for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Select potential prospect and calling them about deal and receiving feedback.
∎ Create new prospect from different sources. Conduct market survey.
∎ Attend sales calls and visits potential prospect frequently/regularly.
∎ Collecting and analyzing the data for preparing marketing and sales strategy.
∎ Develop and implement marketing and sales plans and projects for new and existing products.
∎ Proper documentation of all necessary paper related to sales and marketing.
∎ Assist supervisor in any kind of organizational aspects.
∎ Maintain good relationship with all prospects & call all prospects and all clients minimum, once in a month.
∎ Council with Team Leader regarding call & visit to prospect daily basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Apartment Selling will get preference.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ The candidate should have target oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
