∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Architect is Preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Excellent Reporting Skill, Google Sheets, Hubspot, Interior Marketing, Microsoft word and excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture firm, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Furniture and Interior, Interior Design Business, Relevant Industries expreience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan.
∎ Manage sales activities including on site and off site meetings with sales leads, sales prospecting and attending networking events.
∎ Work cross-functional with key position :Sales Manager, Marketing manager, Architect team & program manager.
∎ Promote Brand & Execute Business to High Officials of Both - Public & Private Sector.
∎ Acquire key information about potential projects/clients, maintain databases to develop new sales opportunities.
∎ Initiate contact with clients regarding products and services.
∎ Monitor contacts to ensure client satisfaction
∎ Conduct weekly sales meetings and prepare weekly sales reports and provide to the Management.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relations with clients.
∎ Directly involved with different markets exploring new clients and markets to achieve individual targets through sales.
∎ Prepare invoice & ensure timely collection of payment/receivables.
∎ Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate with the corporate clients.
∎ Preparing Gantt chart for project timeline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Dedication to work.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 28000 (Monthly)
