Experience Requirements:

Real Estate, Developers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Meet individual sales target.
∎ Visit client/Market daily and report.
∎ Create new clients, ensure door to door marketing and maintain liaison with existing clients.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Plan and carry out direct sale activities.
∎ Visit the potential customers on a regular basis.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationship with the clients.
∎ Respond to clients' query at office and over telephone.
∎ Maintain correspondence with project sites about the status of projects.
∎ Organize promotional events.
∎ Keep updated on all relevant knowledge and information about the features of projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good knowledge on computer office applications, internet, email
∎ Ability to work independently under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, adaptability, sincerity and honesty.
Salary: Negotiable
