Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing and Business Operation to help us build up our business activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Generate Leads from corporate accounts and travel agencies for an online B2B booking engine.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, Set up ideal prospecting strategies.

  • Communicate with Tourism Companies and Agencies.

  • Submit regular sales reports and updates.

  • Selling our online booking engine (Nationally & Internationally)

  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation and understanding account requirements.

  • Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships.

  • Act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.

  • Conducting Sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

  • Build long-term relationships with existing, as well as, new clients.

  • Attend exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events.

  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

  • Resenting and marketing company’s services to new customers.

  • Maximize outside sales development through proactive activities.

  • Complete sales report to track and account for all sales activities.

  • Reach monthly sales target.

  • Reviewing sales performance.

  • Design, plan and implement tour packages according to customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and tour guides.

  • Negotiate rates with service providers to ensure a competitive price for customers.

  • Advertise and market tour packages to attract potential customers.

  • Provide customers with all necessary information about their travel plans including visa requirements and travel insurance.

  • Assist customers in booking flights and arranging transportation to and from airports.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service throughout the tour.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Smart & well attired and Good Communication skills (both oral and written) and an outgoing, confident, and energetic personality.

  • Perform any other duties as directed by higher management.

  • Report to the In-charge.
