Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Silently knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly & quarterly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ Arrange meetings and project visits for the clients.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sr. Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry.
