Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
∎ Researching and identifying new sales opportunities for HORECA and similar channels.
∎ Handling email communications and B2B queries on new business development.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bangla & English
∎ Exceptional negotiation skills
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
