Job Context:

We are seeking a Senior Executive to manage rental operations for Rupayan Group’s residential and commercial properties. The role involves tenant management, rental coordination, agreement execution, rent collection follow-up, and the resolution of rental-related issues to ensure high occupancy and smooth property operations. The position requires close coordination with internal departments, maintaining strong relationships with tenants, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end rental and leasing activities for residential and commercial properties of Rupayan Group.

• Manage tenant onboarding, agreement preparation, renewal, and termination processes.

• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and accounts teams to ensure smooth rental operations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and resolve rental-related issues professionally.

• Monitor rent collection status and follow up on outstanding dues in coordination with accounts.

• Conduct market analysis to recommend competitive rental rates and occupancy improvement strategies.

• Prepare rental reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, rent terms, and relevant legal requirements.
