Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop an effective team of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) & technical staff, who are responsible for all quality-related issues for the CWPL.

• To achieve daily batch preparation target according to production planning.

• Support department goal to improve and Develop Existing Quality Management Systems (QMS) & technic to meet the respective buyers’ quality standards and accordingly ensure that production outputs are in line with company specifications.

• Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better quality and ensure optimization of resources.

• Support talent management initiative taken by department through training, counseling, advising, and discipline that executes all customer requirements, and delivers the right-first-time critical path execution to ensure quality, style, and value are delivered to the customer on time.

• To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing

• Based on the standard of both(wet and dry process) section.

• Responsible for reporting raw material quality and safety for effective decision making.

• Contribute to ensure that average rejection percentage should be below than 0.4% & re-wash % should be below than 6%.

• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis according to the Real Time Data Tracking System.

• Ensure/ deliver technical ideas to reduce re-work process by maintaining best quality.

• Ensure that monthly & quarterly delivery target is been achieved with right quality.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management pertaining to the safety, quality & efficiency of the factory.
