Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticality in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Develop new methods to resolve problems occurring during QA activities.
∎ Ensure 100% measurement of key points are done and record maintained
∎ Assist to create defect reduction action plan based on weekly AQL data and top 3 defects.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and practical experience on knit process.
∎ Capable of preparing weekly statistical QA representation.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
