Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage fashion product development process from product management point of view.
∎ Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
∎ Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market and competition.
∎ Develop product positioning and go to market strategy.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features up the products.
∎ Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line road-maps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
∎ Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
∎ Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
∎ Analyze Product Trends and maintain strategic growth.
∎ Vendor/Supplier Management from the point of Communication, Relationship & Accounts.
∎ Manage & capable to handle primary commercial activities for product sourcing.
∎ Basic knowledge on accounting and business financial terms.
∎ Capable to prepare competitor analysis & bench marking
∎ Capable to monitor Sales and Stock Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Min 2 to 3 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ In-depth knowledge on fashion product development.
∎ Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Creative thinker with a vision and attention to details.
∎ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excel proficiency at advanced level.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
