∎ B.Sc in IPE or Textile Engineering From any reputed Public, Private or Foreign Universities.
∎ Skills Required: IE and Production Planning,
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Production Plan 3 months in advance
∎ Brief head of Merchandising, Import, Production & I.E. and highlight all critical points and deadlines.
∎ Closely monitor supply chain of raw materials and sample approval and report and update concerned department heads.
∎ Identify all critical points for prep production activities and then brief and follow up progress to all concerned personnel and department heads.
∎ Make a quick contingency plan for any disruption or unforeseen problem.
∎ Follow up on actual production achievement against daily plan and report to concerned personnel and department head.
∎ Make plan for sample making and submission.
∎ Review production capacity and forecast required order requirement for Merchandising.
∎ Make production plan for wash and embroidery.
∎ Monitor WIP, bottlenecks and pending work and report.
∎ Brief and discuss plan for next day with concerned personnel in the production floor.
∎ Update timely update of all data input in the ERP software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ Should have experience in working with woven/knit based textile
∎ Must have good organization skills, problem solving, and analytical skill.
∎ Should have good leadership quality and communication skill
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Salary: Negotiable
