Experience:

• BSc. Engineering in EEE/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ IPE from any reputed University.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Age At most 35 years

• English Language proficiency.
• Experience in relevant field is preferable.

• Develop, implement and maintain an integrated management system that ensures best practice performance in environmental, health & safety and Food Safety management.

• Drive `Zero Accident` mindset and lead cultural change across the factories.

• Leading Risk Assessment and safe execution of various project work/construction works.

• Lead and provide direction to line-management to identify and evaluate existing and potential risks.

• Equip people with knowledge and good practices of engineering and safety, food safety standards through training programs and campaigns.

• Auditing own sites, suppliers` sites, report submission and follow up of corrective action.

• Incident investigation and monitoring of corrective action.

• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
