Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to take responsibility for zonal operation, field team handling, best fiber path selection and tower erection with minimal possible height for radio links to ensure smooth operation and should know the strategies to ensure seamless services for clients.
∎ Have to do all kinds of technical installation, configuration & commissioning to ensure last mile connectivity establishment, especially at client premises and related to BRACNet internal operation as well.
∎ Should know how to maintain active relationships with NTTN operators, Telco vendors, LSP, and other stack holders which plays a significant role on overall smooth zonal operation.
∎ Should know how to perform responsibilities against regularly scheduled pop maintenance, updating asset register, TA/DA preparation and submission, Review of OT, checking and submission is a timely manner.
∎ Solely responsible for all kinds of individual, Tender, and bulk amounts of surveys according to requirements and should have known how to accomplish surveys by using various tools. (e.g.: Google Earth, Maps, and other 3rd party software).
∎ Should know how to develop inter-department relationships.
∎ Should have knowledge of different Routing Protocols.
∎ Hands-on experience in the Configuration and Troubleshooting of Devices like- Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik, etc.
∎ Hands-on experience in the configuration & troubleshooting of different wireless controllers and APs.
∎ Applied knowledge of FTTX configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Should have the ability to Plan and Design different Network Solutions based on customer requirements.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customers to solve problems and provide Physical/Remote Support if required.
∎ Should know how to maintain healthy relationships with customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience on Configuration and Troubleshooting in Cisco, Huawei, Mikroitk.
∎ Professional Certification: CCNA,MTCNA, HCIA, RHCSA,cnPilot will be added as an advantage.
