Title: Sr. Executive- Merchandiser / Supply Chain & Coordination

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Taking order planning, design from Managing Director.
∎ Develop Order File and get approval from Managing Director.
∎ Develop samples, prepare budget sheets, prepare Time and Action Plan for individual orders, and get approval.
∎ Prepare Booking, Collecting and make available inventory (Fabrics, trims) on time.
∎ Sourcing quality fabrics, trims in a reasonable price, Place order with various supplier and verify delivery upon receipt.
∎ Responsible for In-housing all materials as per booking and goods’ inventory on time
∎ Follow-up for Embroidery, Printing work and make sure quality as per samples.
∎ Taking all approval from the (buyer side/ Managing Director) for starting bulk production.
∎ Always follow-up and cooperate with production team for timely and quality production.
∎ Hand over the file to the production and quality department and follow up with TNA.
∎ Ensure test parameters before offering the final inspection.
∎ Follow up production and file inspection.
∎ Close the file after shipment and send it to the Managing Director Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Strong Negotiation and Persuasion abilities, with a proactive and can do attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Strong time management skills to maintain smooth supply chain in factory production process.
