Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support of raw material or fabrics needs.
∎ Manage, control and record overall receipt, delivery and movement of fabric.
∎ To prepare daily, monthly and yearly stock report, order analysis and left over usage method.
∎ To prepare GRN, receive report and cutting issuance process.
∎ Maintain the on floor warehouse management like, bin card, barcoding etc.
∎ Ensure availability of fabrics at store to minimize production loss and provide on-time requisition as per reordering level.
∎ Conduct monthly inventory verification of fabrics by checking the physical conditions at store.
∎ Ensure completion of stock reconciliation by checking the records of ERP vs. manual & physical.
∎ Ensure accurate and on time entry in ERP Software of all fabrics movement of store.
∎ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by in neat & clean manner; inspection equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for product entry from suppliers, delivery to users and returned products.
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge & Skill in ORACLE inventory module.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & SOP.
∎ Should have knowledge on fabric category, shade, shrinkage, woven fabrics classification and blanket collection process.
∎ Sound knowledge on fabrics in house schedule, unloading, space management and capacity analysis process.
∎ Must be well conversant and well capable to email and other communication with other stake holder.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
