Responsibilities & Context:
Context:
Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Sr. Executive (Apartment and Commercial Space Sales) who has at least three years experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate sales and achieve target as planned.
Identifying potential customers and prospects through various channels.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
Creating & managing marketing materials like: brochures, flyers and digital content as well as managing social media presence and creating engaging content.
Handle clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about apartments to generate sales.
Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value proposition and benefits of products or services.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
