Garments, Garments Accessories, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have excellent practical knowledge on Marketing and Sales & Merchandising activities with any renowned footwear accessories factory or RMG Industry.
∎ Must be a team player with excellent leadership skill to run Marketing and Sales department to ensure excellent customer support.
∎ Responsible for procuring orders from buyers and take initiative to develop new market.
∎ To make costing, TNA, Material sourcing.
∎ To be able to create new clients and to maintain good business relation with the existing clients.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ To follow-up with planning/ production/ commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Maintain full process of order processing from order receive to deliver and document to payment collection.
∎ Co-ordinate with the buyers and production unit, team member, managements to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly report as required by management as well as monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
∎ Administer the sales and marketing team to submit sample to buyer and get approval;
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Minimum 5 years' experience in related field.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
