Corporate Sales and Marketing, Interior Design Business, Interior Project, Real Estate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have experience and capabilities in searching of new clients/ projects for prospective Interior business.
∎ Dealing and arranging meeting with the client regarding interior projects.
∎ Candidates should have experience capturing high volume interior projects like hospitals, schools, commercial complexes etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge of current interior products.
∎ Prepare follow-up details regarding day-to-day task.
∎ Completion of sales closing formalities like quotation approval from the client, agreement with the client, sample approval and client correspondence, liaison & co-ordination.
∎ S/he should be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Site /project visit and report to superior.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Meet up the target assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females can also to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral
∎ Good Computer literacy in MS Office, Mail service
∎ Interior Design / Real Estate industry experienced will be added advantage.
