Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the entire Marketing & Business Development operations
Generate new clients within the Interior, Architecture, and Construction sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Develop and execute marketing strategies, monthly sales plans, and target achievement activities.
Conduct corporate presentations, prepare project proposals, and participate in tender-related discussions.
Perform market trend analysis, competitor study, and pricing strategy development.
Oversee social media activities, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
Must have strong leadership and team management experience.
