∎ Masters or Bachelor Degree (BBA & MBA is Preferable), Major in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smart, Presentable & Energetic and confident enough to meet the given sales target.
∎ Work in a team under direct supervision Head Of Marketing in formulating Marketing & Sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of The company Directors.
∎ Work with Team and supervise and lead a team in preparing Marketing strategy for successful and profitable market launching and regular market development.
∎ Work as part of a team of Executives & Sr. Executives and supervise them to research, promote & sell our products to the corporate clients.
∎ Ensure regular supervising for timely deliveries working with distribution, production and collect payments.
∎ Provide regular report to the Department Head and Management on client's requirements project progress and develop a marketing plan.
∎ Plan periodical visits to the Corporate Clients and Develop New Buyer.
∎ Must have to achieve sales target
∎ Supervise team to Collect competitor's necessary info, activities, strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Keep close contact with production, distribution department to ensure timely order and regular supply of products. Ensure smooth flow of work.
∎ Any other task given by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-10 Years of experience in Cable Industry in Corporate Sales & Marketing is must.
∎ Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in the corporate sector.
∎ Must possess polished presentation, top level marketing, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
∎ Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
∎ At least 5-10 years in marketing role within high standard consumer focused business environment.
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen & must have the ability to present & engage at executive consumer levels.
∎ An excellent Team player with strategic planning experience and a proven record in developing and administering a marketing program.
