Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast Knowledge about ACCORD & RSC Requirement and rules regulation and audit facing.
∎ Must have Knowledge utility department, such as generator, Boiler, Compressor and fire hydrant and fire alarming system handling.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for the tanneries factory, including preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
∎ Make, implement & ensure required policies, procedures & SOP across the mechanical & electrical maintenance team with regards to preventive maintenance system on all mechanical & electrical issues.
∎ Conduct regular inspection of all machines, equipment, electrical installations and keep necessary servicing records/ logs of all day-to-day installations/ repairs/ maintenance etc.
∎ Initiate on time machine & equipment related calibration and keep proper & valid records.
∎ Control & manage the required spare parts & equipment are available to ensure on time support & ensure maintenance work.
∎ Keep and maintain mechanical & electrical related all legal documents, certificates, internal registers, check list, logs with regular checks and updates.
∎ Investigate causes of low performance of machines, take regular and on time.
∎ Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
∎ Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high standards of performance.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in maintenance management and implement relevant improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical and utility operations.
∎ Sound knowledge in Generator, substation, electrical distribution system.
∎ Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
∎ Liaison with different govt office for any kind of official work.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management.
