- Age At least 26 years
- Strong knowledge of sourcing & evaluating local suppliers/vendors for different types of products & services
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement or inventory software
- Understanding of ERP or project management tools is a plus
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Budget and cost control mindset
Responsibilities & Context:
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders (POs)
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the finance team for payment processing and budget reporting
- Keep proper documentation of all kind of procurement activities
- Monitor inventory levels and restocking needs
