Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with PR agencies and ensure on time deliverables.
∎ Conduct regular brief sessions with PR agencies and provide details according to the set calendar.
∎ Communicate with external parties related to press releases or production.
∎ Maintain good relationships with business editors from local and international Newspapers and Magazines for article publications and press releases.
∎ Ensure Press release for all major events and new product launches.
∎ Manage good relationships with television and radio advertisement providers and use those channels based on business requirements.
∎ Maintain LinkedIn and mailer calendar and ensure on time deliverables.
∎ Coordinate with the creative team to ensure on time creative contents.
∎ Manage end to end production responsibilities of photo and video shoot.
∎ Following up with editors for the final edited contents.
∎ Manage production for YouTube and OTT platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in a PR agency or production house will be an added advantage.
