∎ Candidates having B.Sc/ M.Sc from reputed public/private university with Industrial Engineering/Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing background are encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Supply Chain, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzes capacity, allocates order, prepares tentative plan and submits to Planning & Material Control Manager as well as Knitting Manager
∎ Prepares daily material requirement plan and ensures materials are in-house as planned
∎ Continuous follow-up with suppliers to in-house materials within agreed time-line
∎ Focuses on the implementation of actual planning as well as needs to highlight the deviation of planning from actual
∎ Recommends about the changes required to minimize the variance between planning and actual
∎ Monitors both in-house production and sourcing plans in order to maintain delivery schedule
∎ Updates the status in ERP to communicate these with all concerned departments
∎ Ensures all types of data entry in software is completed within stipulated time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge on operation management, operation research, supply chain management
∎ Basic knowledge on ERP system
∎ Basic knowledge on knitting process & yarn sourcing
Salary: Negotiable
