MTCNA Certified (Mandatory)

Must be highly skilled in MikroTik RouterOS, Winbox, scripting, and VPN configuration.
Solid understanding of network architecture, IP subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and basic firewall security.
Experience with Windows Server, including AD, File Server, and Group Policy Management.
Familiarity with backup solutions, access control systems, and IP telephony is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Professional communication skill in both Bengali and English
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers (including routing, VPN, NAT, firewall, QoS, scripting).
Manage and monitor Layer 2/3 switches, VLANs, and inter-office connectivity.
Maintain and support Active Directory (AD): user/group policy management, authentication, and domain services.
Implement and troubleshoot File Server and NAS solutions for file sharing and backup.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Coordinate with ISPs for network and internet related issues.
Maintain proper documentation of network diagrams, configurations, IP plans, and access credentials.
