Job Context:

∎ To be a part of the Strategic Accounts Management Team, you must be able to perform the following Job Responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the QC team at our client site to support their daily administrative tasks (Job Location at buyer's Office)
∎ Review failed test report with specimen and for borderline cases give approval and communicate with suppliers. Escalate the topic to C&A Fabric Manager or Quality Manager for red fail cases for decision which falls out of tolerance range of lab implants.
∎ To check testing reports against the order information supplier provides.
∎ To ensure the testing reports are from nominated 3rd party lab and encrypted, or from accredited supplier inhouse lab for authorized physical testing items.
∎ To save all testing reports, Oeko - texdocuments, QAM / Fabric Tech approval email for failed items, Doc, supplier test summary sheet on GIN database for each order.
∎ To update monthly monitoring file with DDT status and notify to C&A global quality team.
∎ Review fabric test report. If failed borderline, communicate with supplier/mill with the approval comment.
∎ To To support C&A Fabric Manager or Quality Manager to communicate with 3rd party lab for testing items / testing requirement clarification or explanation, and test performance feedback. give new suppliers onboarding training on STRA procedure (if requested).
∎ Communicate with SGS responsible and the suppliers to ensure smooth support and service.
∎ Coordinate with Strategic Account Management team to ensure smooth support and service to the customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Technical knowledge and experience in related field and in using management methods and tools.
∎ Self motivated, quality driven, customer focused, efficient, friendly and responsive.
∎ Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
