Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in IPE/Textile background will be preference.
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Southeast University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial & Production Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented in knit garment factory.
∎ CM Analysis
∎ Sample costing.
∎ Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
∎ Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operation in line.
∎ Checking method when line feeding.
∎ Monitoring Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ Checking and identify the critical areas.
∎ Meeting regarding Low efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ Preparing machine performance matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
∎ Overtime & loss time report prepared.
∎ Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
∎ To monitoring All IE & Planning activities.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the immediate Superior as well as Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates only from Knit background are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
