Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA/MBA in HR from a reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Khowladge of Bangladesh Labour Law, Labor Management, Performance appraisal

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, General HR, HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment & Selection
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in all functions associated with the payroll operations.
∎ Oversee the payroll functions, systems and programs for clients.
∎ Enter payroll data to on-line payroll system also reconcile payroll previews before and after the process.
∎ Produce timely payroll standard reports for multiple pay cycles and entities.
∎ Plan, develop and implement the strategy for HR management and development.
∎ Keep a record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files.
∎ Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
∎ Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution policies etc.
∎ To assist in upgrading and implementing of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company provide new employees Induction & awareness program to ensure all rules, regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance-related issues.
∎ Conduct Employees Grievance handling & ensure a work-friendly environment at all.
∎ Counsel the absentee workers to reduce absenteeism.
∎ Ensure employees leave management & update the Personal information system (PIS) accordingly.
∎ Handling officials & workers database in HRIS/ERP & ensuring & monitoring good housekeeping of factory premises.
∎ Counsel workers to ensure health & safety-related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure (Industrial Relation) as per BLA & applicable rules.
∎ Follow up daily HR & Admin related activities as factory demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month, also handle final settlement.
∎ Carry out responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ At least 2 years of work experience in related field.
∎ Good knowledge of MS word, Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor law.
∎ Decision-making and communication skills are essential.
∎ Must have the knowledge to handle the software.
∎ Able to communicate through email.
