Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
∎ To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and
∎ help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First
∎ party & third party compliance audit.
∎ Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top
∎ management regarding the improvement of the system
∎ Prepare and organize the factories according to buyer's standards
∎ To perform day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave,
∎ safety, recruitment,
∎ Handling grievance according to labor law.
∎ Maintain outside liaison with Govt. and non Govt. organization.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set
∎ Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is
∎ followed.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT
∎ and allowances.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization
∎ as per management's directives.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ To perform special tasks or analysis as assigned by management team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Management, HR Administration, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Real Estate business area(s):
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor law and Administration.
∎ Good team player, Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Good Knowledge in Microsoft excel, word

Salary: Negotiable
