Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate daily operational activities in sample development and production follow-up.
∎ Understand and adhere to customers/buyers/clients' procedures for order execution, ensuring on-time shipment.
∎ Maintain frequent correspondence with potential buyers.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely quality production.
∎ Manage sample approvals, size set, and testing processes.
∎ Coordinate with the factory, quality control, material control department, clients/buyers/suppliers/vendors to ensure smooth production activities.
∎ Liaise with the commercial team regarding shipping documents and handle all related formalities.
∎ Maintain relevant merchandising order files and reports for efficient order processing.
∎ Assist the local procurement team in sourcing trims/accessories while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Monitor the entire production flow to ensure optimal capacity utilization.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly reports as required by management and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by the company's management.
