∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of production management (Finishing) in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good commination skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for finishing including trimming, button attach, ironing & packaging of garments;
∎ Achieve production plan, quantity, quality & planned efficiency;
∎ Assist finishing head to control and monitor costs and other overheads of the finishing department within the budgeted limit;
∎ Assist finishing head on evaluating staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans;
∎ Follow up all finishing accessories are in housed on time;
∎ Follow up & ensure garments input to different lines according to planning;
∎ Follow-up & ensure target wise production;
∎ Supervise & hand over of garments from production output to the packing section;
∎ Ensure and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule;
∎ Ensure the correct packing of garments inside the carton according to buyer's instruction;
∎ Arrange inspection with buying QC before completion of finished order quantity;
∎ Conduct training on roles & responsibilities of the subordinates and works;
∎ Conduct proper training on machine & equipment handling;
∎ Lead compliance activities in production floor to maintain healthy & cordial working environment which meets all criteria of social standard;
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Sharp Tools Procedure;
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
