Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Candidate should have at least a B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile engineering (Wet Process Technology/Fabric Manufacturing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing/ Washing, Fabric Manufacturing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares tentative production plan as well as execute as per forecast
∎ Provides accurate parameters for different finishing machines
∎ Controls fabric quality (e.g. dia, shrinkage, GSM etc) by strictly following machine parameters
∎ Conducts briefing sessions for the floor level people to explain with process sequence of special fabrics
∎ Communicates with textile maintenance team to get feedback about maintenance functions so that production plans are executed smoothly
∎ Ensures transparency in documentation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of finishing machine parameters for various fabric
∎ Should have the ability to maintain the production forecast
∎ Should have good communication skill (Verbal)
∎ Should have good knowledge of various fabric faults as well as their remedies

Salary: Negotiable
