Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• At least 2 years

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst/ System Analyst or related role in a software development environment.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in Agile environments.

• Certification in project management (e.g., CSM, PMP) and familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g. ClickUp, JIRA) is a plus.

Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The System Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements, including documenting user stories.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.

• Work closely with solution architects and development teams to design software solutions that align with business goals and requirements.

• Create detailed system specifications, including wireframes, process diagrams, data models, SRS, and BRD, to communicate requirements effectively.

• Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices and standards.

• Lead requirements workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, define milestones, and track progress against timelines.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations.

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.

• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews to ensure software quality and alignment with requirements.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and software development.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.
