Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline from any well-reputed University with Science background (Pharmacy, Microbiology & Biochemistry background will get preference). Minimum 2nd class or equivalent in all academic examinations.
Job Context:
∎ Vastech Limited is one of the renowned importers and suppliers of medical devices and technologies in the Bangladesh Health sector. It started its journey in 2006. Over the years they have established a strong platform in the health sector both Govt. & Private in Bangladesh and successfully operating in major hospitals and health institutes in Bangladesh.
∎ Initially, the main business area of concentration was Interventional Cardiology and later started to expand business in other major specialized divisions of the health sector like Endoscopy, Peripheral Intervention, Arthroscopy, and Advanced Wound management. Vastech Limited is a pioneer in registering medical devices in various medical areas according to the Bangladesh DGDA Guideline. Vastech Limited is the distributor of Boston Scientific International, BioTek, and Zimmer Biomet for Bangladesh. Our objective is to introduce advanced medical devices and technologies of reputed & reliable brands in the healthcare sector of Bangladesh to serve the country`s patients with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target.
∎ Create new customers, increase market share, development of marketing strategic plan, and execute the marketing plan.
∎ Collect, forecast, and analyze the market data for the operating plan.
∎ Developing specific plans to ensure growth in both long and short-term.
∎ Engage customers with a scientific promotional approach on adequate knowledge about products/ services offered by Vastech Ltd.
∎ Provide updated product information to clients visit in person if required by phone, email in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare sales information, analysis, and reports to meet the target within the deadline.
∎ Prepare & maintain a client list with the required information.
∎ Visit the hospitals to collect market data and identify competitors' movements and collect the necessary information.
∎ Visit extensively all over Bangladesh for marketing and sales of targeted products/ services.
∎ Have the ability to work in a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in relevant fields.
∎ Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking, and smart.
∎ Must have an aggressive drive to achieve high sales volume
∎ Computer Literacy (MS applications) is mandatory.
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
