Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm, B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Biochemistry from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating Monthly sales data which helps to make a sales strategy to increase revenue
∎ Generate leads through visiting hospitals, if needed
∎ Creating innovative and challenging promotional campaigns and strategies for assigned products.
∎ Designing and developing promotional tools for effective promotion of assigned products.
∎ Guide, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets.
∎ Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on new potential products.
∎ New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
∎ Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
∎ Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
∎ Visiting DGDA, regarding new product registration issue.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Applicant should have 1-2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical companies. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and smart.
∎ Computer Literacy (MS applications) is mandatory.
∎ English fluency will add additional value
∎ Should have the capability to travel extensively.
